The only problem with this hotel is its location-busy, dirty, and you need to be very aware of presence of pickpockets. Taxis drop off about a block away which can also be problematic That said the hotel itself is pristine, breakfast is good, and the staff is lovely.

The hotel location is best that I have ever stayed at in Rome. However the best part was the friendliness of the front desk especially Alessandro. My luggage was delayed for 4 days and Alessandro helped me to track the luggage and was really helpful. The room was large for Europe and the breakfast was extremely good. I would highly recommend.
