From the moment we arrived, the staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. They treated us like family all day long, ensuring we were completely comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate, and the breakfast each morning was fantastic. The location was ideal—tucked away from the noise and chaos, yet an easy walk to all the major attractions. We will definitely be back, largely thanks to the incredible team here!

8/10 Very good

Great location, friendly staff. Mattress was very firm. Shower was challenging, but large and stylish. In-room refrigerator was small and didn't really cool things very much - lukewarm sparkling wine, anyone?

It's hard to find better staff than those in this hotel. They were always available to help, provide all sorts of tips for visiting placez, arranging taxis, and accomodating check-in and check-out times. The kitchen staff were so nice during the breakfast time.

Loved staying here. Was a great location, easy walking distance into the City with the Vatican & its museum the other way. Great bars and restaurants locally too, which were ideal for the evenings. Everyone at the hotel was helpful & friendly. Clean and well appointed room. Continental style breakfast was enough to start you for the day.
