The customer service was top tier. My friend and I really enjoyed or stay. I was so happy to spend my birthday here. Highly recommend 👌 Clean room and the staff made you feel at home. The cleaning staff went above and beyond. Plus they booked our hot spring tour for us. Thanks again for everything. We loved our stay.

Extraordinary service
The service was so wonderful, the room was amazing, and it was so quiet. The bed was comfortable, too. Every one of the staff was cordial, and wanted to make sure I had a nice stay. I enjoyed it so much and would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Some food is provided which is a nice add on. Definitely worth staying at if you want to be near the historical center. No complaints at all.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed. It was so clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly all along the way. Fresh bread daily and stocked fridge. So personal and very welcoming. Recommendations for restaurants and shopping were spot on. I would highly recommend to anyone especially with a family.

This is a fantastic property! It is a small boutique apartment hotel with lovely rooms and a very nice courtyard. Our room was 1000 ft.² with two bedrooms and a kitchen and the living area. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel it is in the heart of the old town - walking distance of the major sites.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. I would suggest staying here to anyone coming to Quito. Joz and Freddy were so helpful and they gave us lots of good ideas for restaurants and other places to go. The room was so comfortable and clean. The breakfast including warm fresh bread and fruit was a highlight.

We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The layout of our apartment was beautiful and thoughtfully arranged.
