Good value hotel

Good hotel, big room & very clean. Friendly staff & very helpful in providing me with a map a directions on the train to Oktoberfest. The local area is full of businesses and apart from a bakery next door, which is very good, and a KFC, we didnt find anywhere local to walk to for food. I would stay again at the hotel as it's good value and as we did after the first day, make sure we ate while in the city centre.

This was in the perfect location for me visiting my daughter but it also benefited that everywhere I wanted to get to was easily accessible via underground or bus within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. Lovely bakery next door for breakfast croissants. if you are looking as advertised for a place to study or work (BMW) it is ideal, with comfortable amenities. But if you are looking for a Munich weekend, I'd most likely go elsewhere to be a bit more in the hub and around a few bars and restaurants.

This was a perfect place to stay while travelling solo for the Taylor Swift concert. It was convenient to transit and had a well appointed breakfast buffet. The only downsides were noise at night from the bakery next door and a lack of AC / fans on the hot days. It does cool down at night though and there is decent air flow from the full length windows.

Good apartment w/parking, let down by facilities

Great little apartment in a quiet location with a secure car park costing €15 per day. Loved the roof terrace. However, a good stay was let down by a few housekeeping oversights - 1. Weather was exceptionally hot during our stay. Although a fan had been promised in a previous email, there was none in our room on arrival. It took 3 requests for the fan to eventually arrive hours after we first requested it. 2. A good coffee machine was in the room but only decaffeinated coffee pods were provided. 3. There was only one single small side plate provided for two people, plus some bowls. We asked at reception for another plate but we were told there were no dinner plates. Eventually one plate was brought up to us. 4. The fridge door didn’t shut properly and so didn’t keep cold. We had to keep it shut using sellotape. We were tired of bothering reception by the end and so didn’t report the fridge or the coffee. I’m afraid we won’t stay in another Flag apartment unless they can guarantee that the room facilities are properly checked before check-in.

Modernes und sauberes Hotel direkt am Olympiapark. Ich kann das Hotel in jedem Fall empfehlen. Wir hatten einen schönen Balkon. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es in begrenzter Zahl vor der Tür. Das Frühstück ist okay, aber gegenüber ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei, was wir als Familie bevorzugt haben.

Zweckmäßiges, modernes Appartementhotel. Nicht unbedingt gemütlich, aber sehr gut schallisoliert. Leider keine Klimaanlage (ökologische Gründe mögen hier eine schönes Ausrede sein, im Zweifel sind es dann doch eher wirtschaftliche). Frühstück haben wir nicht ausprobiert und haben lieber nebenan beim Bäcker gegessen. Wir waren zum Konzert im Olympiapark da, der gut fussläufig erreichbar war. Mit der Bahn braucht‘s 20 Minuten in die Stadt, also nicht unbedingt etwas für Gäste, die es gern zentrumsnah hätten.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Olympiahalle. Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Obwohl wir ein Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten, wurde uns offenbar ein Einzelzimmer zugewiesen. Das Bett war viel zu klein für zwei Personen, und auch die Ausstattung – Handtücher, Geschirr, Kopfkissen – war nur für eine Person vorgesehen. Nachdem wir an der Rezeption nachfragten, ob es sich vielleicht um ein Versehen handelte, wurde uns lediglich angeboten, ein zusätzliches Kissen und Handtücher ins Zimmer zu bringen. Für eine Nacht war das gerade noch akzeptabel, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre das unter diesen Bedingungen keine Option gewesen.
