Bed and pillows super comfortable, bath deep and big. Amenities covered (ghd straighteners too). Thoughtful moments (bear for the bed). Incredibly attentive and staff take care of you in the cafe. Excellent 5* hotel in old town centre. Fantastic team and service provided. Loved sitting in the town square 2 meters our of the hotel entrance for breakfast and dinner. We will be back soon.

This hotel is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Every room is different and all beautifully decorated. We had a de lux room that faced the square with a balcony. Very lovely. Staff helpful and roof top plunge pool definitely worth a visit .

What a lovely hotel stay - sadly we were only there one night. The receptionist who met us was really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was well designed and had everything you could need. A very personal service from a hotel chain in a busy city - that's not easy to find. Lively located at central Placa Cort: Enjoy first one of the most warm welcomes I have ever experience (thank you, Kathi, Tom, Emma and all others for your authentic Empathie and kindness). Second, enjoy a thoroughly prepared welcome drink on the outside terrace with view on an historical olive tree… Third enjoy your tastfully decorated and cozy room with beautiful bathroom and big bathtube (all in extremely good condition). And don‘t forget to enjoy the small private spa and a massage by the incredibly competent therapist. I could have stayed much longer…

The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!
