So overall I liked this hotel. There were a few things like clogged sink and scarce towels, stained hallway carpets that made it a little subpar. Overall staff was friendly and Lobby was cheerful. Bed was comfy.

The hotel is overall a nice hotel, located near grocery stores and other conveniences in Cambridge. The T is accessible by a short walk. Our stay was short so we didn't use amenities. Pictures of interior lobby area are a bit more glamorous than actual but didn't impact the stay. Would stay again if in this particular area.

The place was in a cool spot but tricky to drive into due to roundabout and barriers on roads. Staff helped when all we had was decaf coffee in the room. Instead of running them up I had to get dressed and come down to lobby. Asked for water a couple times as the water containers empty 3/4 times I tried to get water. Little things like that should be done. And our window didn’t close so that was a bit disconcerting. Talked to front desk and he wrote on a sticky note but at night who is going to come fix the window?Finally—a dedicated bathroom fan would be great. That is a good way to drown out some noise and keep wetness at bay in the bathroom. Overall our stay was ok, but some attention to detail would be good. Thank you!

This hotel is located very close to supermarkets and grocery stores, which is very convenient. However, the housekeeping was not very good. There was some trash left on the floor, and the cleaning staff skipped my room several times during my stay.

Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. The location is really excellent. The air conditioner was a bit loud and the toilet leaks enough that it would refill every so often. I should have mentioned it to the staff but honestly didn’t want to have to have to move rooms or have maintenance enter the room while we were using it.

The computer system was constantly down for check-in. Got to our room. Our air conditioner did not work. We had to be switched to a different room. The property Curb, appeal and outside aesthetics were terrible and our room did not seem like it was vacuumed in quite some time. The bed was very comfortable.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, if a little tired. Overall, we felt the decor throughout could do with a bit a of a lift (maybe fresh coat of paint and carpets to be washed. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Generally a good place to stay with kids and great close shopping amenities also.
