The room was clean the beds were average except for the sleeper sofa… it should not even be advertised as an option… not restful at all and a night on the thing and you will be needing a chiropractor. The staff as helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Booked our stay here for 3 reason, my daughter birthday rooms was a good size for our big family. It accommodate enough beds for all of us to be comfortable. Pull out bed from sofa was broken wasnt able to use it. No working ice machine on the floor. Book the hotel it was in good area with stores and food near by. Main reason why we book was for the pool no were on the websit or in the lobby does it say their pool is closed for remodeling. Now i have room full of kids and no pool to go to. Overall place was quite and two main beds was nice. Bathrooms are small. Customer services nice but not to helpful

Nice spot, great location. We went to the Chevalier Theatre, it was super close by. Very easy walk. Great staff, very friendly.

Could be better
Beautiful room, but unclean sheets and bathroom, pillow smells unclean , hair found on bed. Some electrical outlets work and must go many trials to find that works. I had to request for new sheets to fix bed and change pillow covers.
