Excellent welcome at this hotel. Check-in experience was very good and informative. At our first breakfast the manager greeted us and explained what they could help with. Booking restaurants for dinner, beach beds etc. Continental was very enjoyable. Great hotel for our needs overall.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is very central and easy to walk to from the beach or train. Their breakfast is awesome with a huge spread of options. We’re so grateful to the staff for ensuring our room was ready when we arrived, making dinner reservations, explaining the cinque terre travel options, and taking care of us even after check out. The room was comfortable and clean, plus the air conditioning was fantastic. Overall great spot to stay in a charming town when exploring cinque terre or to relax and enjoy the local scene and beach.

The location of this hotel is perfect, although mostly situated in a pedestrian zone. Public parking is not easy to find, but the hotel does offer a limited number of parking spaces at 20€/night. The room was a bit dated - the towels and carpet can do with a refresh, but the rest of the amenities were lovely. Breakfast was small, but with plenty of lovely options and delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly with lots of knowledge and advice about day trips in the area to explore. The hotel manager was kind, friendly and always happy to help. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Levanto!

We spent 6 weeks in Italy and this was the best hotel we stayed in. Alberto the manager was very welcoming and very helpful with local attractions. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of selection. We also got an upgraded room during our stay. The entire staff were very friendly and polite. This is the place to stay if you’re planning on staying in Levanto.
