We had a great experience staying in this hotel. Staff is nice and helpful; I left my laptop in Wanaca where is an hour drive from QT. The hotel staff helped me to get it back. The room is nice and clean; the view in the room is pretty. Will stay in QT when I am back to Qeenstown.

Location was great and loved the boutique styling of the hotel. The room was great but the bathroom was obviously for a disable person with rails, higher toilet, seat in the shower and it felt like a different room and style to the rest of the room/hotel. There was some construction going in front where you look out to the view of the lake as well.

A high quality quiet modern hotel within walking distance of the busy, noisy centre. Views from the bar/restaurant overlooking the lake are breathtaking. The bedroom was impeccably clean and comfortable. The best of all, however, are the staff who couldn’t help enough (thank you again Julia for working so hard to sort out our booking platform problem).
