I had a spacious room with a bathrobe and slippers and great views of the harbour. The breakfast had a wide selection of food options. The hotel is just a short walk from the main train station.

The staff was excellent! They were very helpful. The view from our room was outstanding. Our room was clean. The bed was not comfortable at all. It was not a king size bed (size wise) that we are used to sleeping in. Everything in downtown Malmo was within walking distance.

Great location within walking distance of the central station and town centre. Wonderful views over the bay. Excellent bar and restaurants, especially the rooftop Kasai Sky

The staff were exceptionally helpful, and I am truly grateful for all the assistance we received. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My highest recommendation and a well-deserved five-star rating.

Nice and modern hotel with excellent view to the sea. In general very good facilities and helpful staff. The breakfast was decent, but nothing special. Actually a bit disappointing considering the general level of the hotel.

Clean bedroom, nice interior and really amazing views of the city. It is located close to city centre and only a short walk from Malmö Centralstation. Didn't like the fancy shower design as the water keeps flooding the bathroom. Everything worked fine otherwise. Not really any amenities to use, but there seems to be some work spaces which we did not jse. The included buffet breakfast was pretty standard and did not have much hot food. Lots of cheeses to try out though which was great.

The staff was absolutely incredible. Every time I went to the desk and I saw them helping other people just as well. My room had a magnificent view, and the breakfast was excellent with a rooftop patio and you could see the whole entire city. The hotel is a straight walk from the Central station although my GPS took me in circles a bit. It was really a straight walk.

6/10 Good

Location is great. Hotel was very busy. We notified the front desk that the TV and shower gel weren't working. Nothing was done. Not use to the half enclosed shower. Felt like i was flooding the entire bathroom while showering. Luckily, we were only staying for 2 nights. We only got 1 complimentary water and there was no water refill station. Bare min amenities. There was no facial tissues. I had to buy my own. We were able to store our luggage on our last day. The front desk just hands me a card and directs us where to go. Not farther instructions so we stood there not knowing that the door to luggage storage was unlocked by the front desk.
