Check on construction progress before booking
Under construction...lots of dust and debris on the floor where I was staying. Wifi worked great, room decent size, towels accessories fine for a one night stay. But the outer automatic doors were broken upon arrival and as I was leaving still so...construction noises early. I would have expected more for the money.

The staff was nice and cordial. It is very quiet and located in a quiet area of the city. However, the hotel was needs to be renovated. It is worn, scratched, scraped, chipped, etc. There was old food on the carpet behind the curtain in our room. The carpet was stained. We paid top dollar for a Holiday Inn room and it was not at all worth that price in Livingston, Texas.
