Beautiful hotel in a great location in Madrid. The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained, and our room was spotless and comfortable. It’s within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and several popular attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. The hotel is very central with the Gran Via a few minutes walk away and a Metro station right outside the hotel. We were given an accessible room with a massive bathroom but the accessability bars etc didn't bother us since we were just there for a few days. The breakfast was incredible with a huge selection. Everything was very tasty and fresh and well worth paying extra for. The public areas were kept spotless and the scent being pumped through the reception area is absolutely incredible. We visited the indoor pool and its does the job but nothing spectacular. The only niggle we had was the sound/vibration of the Metro which seems to run right under the hotel as well as the traffic outside. We were on the third floor so maybe its not so bad on the higher floors but the sound was enough to wake you up.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Close to everything. If you are on the top floors, do not forget to watch the sunset. You do not have to go to the the temple.
