The room was clean but the hallways needed to be vacuumed. There was trash on the floor in the hallway. The lobby is beautiful but needed to cleaned from trash and crumbs on the floor. We understand there are lots of children and people, it’s a very busy place.
The pool area was packed which is fine but there was trash on the ground everywhere! Also there was poop from a dirty diaper in one area and also lots of trash (band aids ect) floating in the crazy river.
