The hotel was great. Room amenities and cleanliness was excellent. Location near the park was convenient. Special entry to Disney land for guests was not very useful as we needed to queue for a long time and it closes quite early. Breakfast options at Sherwood were quite limited for the price considering other hotels.

We love staying here. Only negative was the change to the early park entry. Now you only get the early entry park entry for the hotel you’re staying at. And it’s only 15 mins earlier. For instance, if you stay it Tokyo disney hotel you can only get early entry for the disney park. If you stay at Mira Costa you only get early entry for disney sea.

Rooms were excellent with abundant amenities. Food and beverage offerings at the resort were overcrowded, room service was a 2.5-4 hour wait for our entire stay and the lounge was rushed and felt unwelcoming as it was often unavailable to us with no explanation.

The staff were wonderful: helpful, friendly, pleasant, and were able to assist us when we had questions. The room was bright, clean, relaxing and a great place to unwind. There are two gift shops, one for Disney merchandise and the other for sundries, snacks, food and beverages. Great location if you’re visiting Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo Disney Sea.
