Too noisy

This hotel is a one floor building the rooms are situated where the restaurant, bar and reception are. Our room was directory to the street on one side and right outside of our door was the reception, two full nights of not sleeping due to the noise either from the street or the reception and restaurant.

Bueno tengo que aclarar que me movieron al hotel Sombra de Agua ya que había un evento, pero el personal muy amable siempre, y el hotel al que nos movieron es muy lindo de verdad y con uno de los mejores restaurantes, y la ubicación muy buena cerca de los puntos turísticos de San Cristóbal.

Horripilante hotel,se reservo una habitacion con 2 camas y se solicito que asignaran la habitacion para adultos mayores con mobilidad resucida ,bien al hacer check inn la habitacion estaba lejisimos era un verdadero gallinero,lad paredes sin terminado ni acabado el piso fatal es un gallinero,al solicutar cambiar de habitacion fue una mini habitacion con una camjna la otra cama estaba en segundk piso con una eacalera empinada i posibke de subir,es una decepcion no hay aire acondicionado y no abren las ventanas es un espanto este hotel

El hotel está muy bonito es pequeño pero cálido, el servicio del personal excelente. La ubicación es perfecta estás a una cuadra de la catedral y cerca de todas las áreas turísticas. Solo hace falta mantenimiento en la habitación que nos tocó , tuvimos problemas con el lavabo , había una filtración en la taza del WC. Y en el techo tiene un gran traga luz en el cual entraba la luz desde muy temprano en lo personal me gustan los cuartos obscuros para dormir

Muy buena opción en el centro de Sancris

El hotel es lindo. Los espacios son muy cálidos y la chica de recepción es totalmente gentil. Nuestra habitación estaba al final del hotel, lo cual fue extraordinario, pues nos tocó la única habitación que da hacia el patio trasero del establecimiento. Grandes ventanales y una hermosa vista del jardín. La habitación es cómoda, las camas y almohadas deliciosas. Agua caliente sin problema. Solo que el espacio del baño dentro de la habitación no está totalmente independiente, eso la hace un poco incómoda, si vienes con compañía. En la habitación tuvimos que matara 3 avispas, supongo que como no l techo es de madera y hay mucha vegetación, deben entrar por alguna parte y eso podría ser peligroso en algún momento. Fuera de esos dos detalles, el hotel bien vale la pena y es muy lindo y cómodo. Además de que la ubicación es fabulosa pues estás a solo 1 cuadra del parque central y todas las áreas turísticas de San Cristóbal. Ademas, cuentas con estacionamiento.
