The hotel and staff were very nice. I booked my room in advance. All was fine with the facility and staff. However, i reserved a King bed and they had sold out and only had 2 queen bed rooms. The staff said the reservation came through as a double bed even though it was clearly booked and reserved differently. They gave us a room with a nice view and balcony. Great customer service. Not sure if this happens regularly with Hotels.com

Even though we reserved a king room, they had sold out by the time we checked in and had to take a double bed room. How do you take a reservation but are unable to keep the reservation?? The property needs some repairs; torn carpet in the hallway, room smelt like it used to be a smoking room, walls are thin because we could here the next room. It was ok but wouldn't be my choice again.
