Front desk staff was very rude. Entire place smelled of stale cigarette smoke. No services, price did not reflect that.

We enjoyed our time at Three Rivers. Check in desk was very helpful locating a luggage truck. Check out was a breeze also. The hotel is connected to the casino, lobby door is to the right os the canopied casino entrance.

we requested, from Hotels .com, that due to our age and physical condition we would appreciate either a ground floor or a unit somewhat close to the elevator. The unit we were given (#229) was almost at the end of the hallway and a long way from the elevator. We were forced to climb one set of stairs with luggage in hand. I am 80+ years and my wife had just had surgery for a hip replacement 5 to 6 weeks prior, When we questioned the clerk on duty we were informed that no such request had been passed on to them. We have decided that we will not use Hotels.com or this casino again unless whoever dropped the ball explains to us why we were put through this! as you can imagine this is no laughing matter to we old cripples! Ed
