We slept well and found our room to be clean and comfortable (we don't really care about dated). But asking your guests why they're wearing "muzzles" is a thinly veiled insult at best. It's really kinda none of your business why I choose to mask, is it? You know--freedom of choice? When you're in hospitality, I would think it helps to cultivate a bit of discretion and tolerance. The world is full of people not like ourselves.
