Entrance is not as bad as some reviews say. It was clean and updated. Elevator is small but worked fine. Staff is friendly . Rooms are very clean and daily cleaned. Comfortable bed , good air conditioning, good continental breakfast. Excellent location.

Excellent staff! We had a horrible trip to Rome that ended with our luggage not arriving. The staff helped us a lot with it along with booking tours and stuff. 10/10 would stay there again.

Hotel Floris is an excellent property in an equally excellent location. It is on the 4th Floor of a building, the rooms are spacious, clean and modern - more 4/5star than 3. Although in a very central location the hotel is quiet. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Hotel is 10 mins from main train station, close to Metro to easily get to St Peters (the furthest attraction) everywhere else is walkable. Plenty of restaurants and in the heart of shopping. Would definitely recommend, would definitely go back without hesitation.

This hotel's location near the Repubblica metro stop makes getting around Rome easy. The only downside is that it shares a building with other hotels and only occupies the 4th floor. This isn't an inconvenience... just a little unexpected, so multiple access codes are required when entering after hours. Overall it is a place I'd be comfortable recommending.

Location and the people are amazing. You’re close to everything from this spot, including transportation to get around the city. The people are so kind and helpful. Unfortunately the front desk wasn’t open through the night, so if you had late nights planned, you’d have to put in the codes they give you to get in. Cleanliness was okay. The lobby was under construction but the hotel itself was nice and modern.

Very friendly staff who were very accommodating and messaged before to ensure we had the room we wanted and transport sorted. Fresh and modern hotel with lovely clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was sufficient and had a good variety but felt like the food was bought in at the beginning of the week and ran out by the end of the week- so did make us question freshness. Location is very convenient, right next to Termini and Republica metro station and within 25mins walk of major attractions! Would recommend

Great location! Easy access to bus just a few steps at the front of the hotel and metro is about 2 mins walk. The front desk staffs are nice, helpful and courteous they always have a smile same with the housekeeping staff. The room was ok. They can use a better pillow. They also don’t provide a tissue box which can be useful. The water pressure is great. The windows does not have a screen so when you open it the mosquitoes and other bugs comes in. The hotel is on the 4th floor but the entrance to the hotel on the 1st floor is not so appealing for now since it’s under renovation but the smell is not so good either it smells like urine. I hope those hotels in that building will make the entrance more appealing and inviting.

Well located hotel, close to restaurants and public transportation. Property conditions are terrible, the entrance is dirty, looks like under remodeling; there’s no lobby, just a counter and no seating, overall it looks tired. The room was clean, beds and pillows were ok, size of the room was good, air conditioning worked very well too. Walls need painting, the bathroom was the worst part, the plumbing is ancient and doesn’t work properly, the toilet flush was the best part; there was a sliding door for the shower that was literally falling apart, I informed the front desk and asked them to have someone look at it, it was not possible. WiFi was decent. Breakfast was ok, only 10 Euro per person, but I only had it one day, there are better options outside the hotel.

It should have been notified how to access the hotel. The address is in a building with construction and it looks untrustworthy. We had to ask multiple locals and until one mentioned to take the elevator inside the building to the 4th floor we did not know where the hotel was. The sign in the glass door in the street is not too visible. Once in the hotel everything is fine.

A clean, good location 3* hotel

I always read reviews before I book a hotel, so I was prepared what to expect: the building the hotel is in is not clean from outside but inside is clean and elevator is NEW. The hotel is on the 4th floor. It smells good and clean! Johnny was very nice and welcoming to us. He made check in a breeze. I also got upgraded to a larger room. It was very spacious and bright with a small but clean bathroom. Note to hotel management: please have some storage for toiletries in bathroom as I had to put my things inside the bide, there was no space to put anything. A small bathroom cabinet in the corner would do. The hotel is very quiet, you literally can not hear any noise from the street. The street the hotel is located on is quiet and perfectly located near shopping and cafes restaurants etc. by walk you can go anywhere from this hotel and it’s on a road that is easily accessible from any direction. The beds were comfortable, the blanket were weird not a duvet but thin blankets and a bedsheet. Overall, it was a great stay good value for money and I would return here. Originally I booked only for overnight (I normally stay in 5* only but since we arrived night I thought for sleep I could just book a clean, more affordable 3* to sleep in, next day go to “my actual hotel”, and I carefully selected this one!) but we liked the location and convenience (and cleanliness) so much we decided to stay another night since we really on the go all day! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We were looking for a hotel near Termini Station for our last night in Italy before flying out early the next morning. Floris Hotel was not easy at first to find, a street vendor saw us looking around and pointed out where it was for us and knew immediately we were looking for Floris. I had forgotten that this hotel was the one on the 4th floor that is hard to find. We were greeted immediately. It is a nice front desk area and hall, has a working elevator which was nice with all 3 of us and our luggage. We only had a few hours to sleep once we got back to the hotel. I didn't sleep well, the bed wasn't great for me. They did have waters for us in the fridge and the fridge worked nicely which was great to store fruit in for my breakfast. The a/c worked very well and the rooms look newer. I had to ask for a blanket so they brought those immediately. The shower leaked onto the floor and in the morning after my husband showered I turned on the water to take a quick shower and after 10 minutes the water was still ice cold, I gave up and did a sponge bath from the sink that was very warm water. Not sure what happened there. We were leaving before 7am, so the front desk person wasn't there and thankfully the breakfast attendant called us a taxi. It was fine for what we needed. I don't like leaving negative reviews, I worked in hotels for years, so I understand how things work. I just don't think this place was worth what we spent last minute to get a hotel.

Positivo: cafe da manhã, recepção, ar condicionado, quarto pequeno mas atendeu as nossas necessidades, localização, paragem de onibus na frente e estaco termini muito próxima. Negativo: 21h ja nao havia água quente para o banho, barulho de misica do Pub na lateral do hotel, barulho da cozinha de manhã no preparativo do café.
