Friendly and helpful staff. Charged for coffee refills, first time for that. Puts the hotel over-budget? Restaurant was very slow and the staff was quite rude: delivered drinks and dishes with a “you’re welcome”. Probably because I reminded them after 15 min they were going to clean a table in 5min. Perfect Location

Great location just across from the Grand Central Station. The room was comfort and clean. Even the pull out couch bed was comfy, which is a rarity! I loved taking a bath in the huge tub. We asked for extra towels several times and they always arrived promptly. A/C worked well as did both TVs. Only suggestion would be to refill the Nespresso coffee capsules everyday. But other than that it was a very nice stay.

Rooms very moderate and clean, hotel right across road from Central station so easy to get to, staff helpful and breakfast was delicious, my only issue is I asked for twin beds and got a double but it was large and my friend and I didn't bother asking for a new room and we found the shower room a bit strange in that it's not a walled bathroom, it's a clear glass shower so your room mate can see everything a bit too much so we used a towel hung over the door to give us a bit of privacy, it was a short stay so we managed just not something we're used

We werer eally disappointed with this Amano hotel. We chose this because we thought that it would be nice to sit in the rooftop terrace after a day in the city. But rooftop terrace was not open. Also the room was freezing and the receptionist told us that they can't do anything about it except change room. The other room turned out to be as freezing as the first one. Other people seemed to complain also about freezing rooms in the reception. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. But nice outside courtyard to have a breakfast.

1. Suite room are spacious for 3 persons. 2. Because there is no door and a clear window on the wall, persons seated in the living area can see individuals taking baths in the bathroom. 3. The absence of a bathroom door design makes you easily get cold after taking a bath. 4. I'm using their cutting-edge Ipad machine to get a toilet paper,and it says it will be here in 30 minutes. Two hours later, I have to go to the front desk to the front desk to obtain the toilet paper because the hotel phone line is engaged. 5. The king size mattress needs to be attended to by the hosts; else, it is collapsed. 6. The breakfast tastes good. 7. The hotel staff is helpful and kind. 8. The hotel's location is excellent.

Ja, vad säger man? Ett rent och väl omskött hotell. Här ger jag toppoäng. Frukosten var allt man kan önska sig till god kvalité. Men, tyvärr saknar det totalt atmosfär och personlighet. Incheckningsdisken borta, bara automater. Jobbar det några här tänkte jag, tills jag upptäckte några svartklädda figurer springa omkring. Inga profilkläder mer än att dom var svarta. Dom verkade lika vilsna som jag som kund kände mej. Jag har inga problem med tekniken. Det jag har problem med är den totala frånvaron av atmosfär och trivsel. Jag som hotellgäst borde ha lyxen att få känna mej välkommen. Rummet var lika själlöst som resten av hotellet. Om man nu bestämmer sig för att vara digital hade det varit betydligt trevligare med några små robotar som ilat omkring. Visst, stället var rent och fräscht men så tråkigt att jag aldrig kommer att återvända.
