10/10 Exceptional

Location is extremely convenient…right above Seoul station giving access to both the metro and the KTX network. Even though it has always been a busy place each time I have stayed, the staff have always maintained their friendly, helpful, calm and professional demeanor. Most importantly, they are quick to ascertain and understand their clients’ needs and accommodate accordingly within their capabilities. The more I have chosen to stay here, the more I appreciate what it offers…highly recommended!

We stayed for 1 night before travelling to Busan the nest day. Hotel has a very convenient tunnel from Seoul station especially good during thunder showers. The room was high quality. Massive TV, bed, shower and bed high standard.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay in Seoul. The property is conveniently located near Seoul Station, and there are numerous attractive attractions in the vicinity, such as Myeongdong and Namsan. I am definitely planning to return to this hotel on my next visit.

8/10 Very good

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and very helpful. It was nice that the hotel sent you step by step from Seoul Station to their hotel, about 9-15 mins walk depending on how much luggage you got. But it was very close to local metro station. There are lots of local restaurants around and Olive Young right outside the building.

it's very well kept, the staff were amazing, and it's very close to everything you'll want to do in Seoul. I had forgotten an item and they were very helpful with getting it back. will definitely stay here again

8/10 Very good

Hotel location is excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable. Elevators were overwhelmed at busy times and the lobby is mid building so a bottleneck. Food quality was good but dinner menu limited and prices overly high.
