The hotel isnt in the best shape cosmetically, and it's a little confusing at first. But the staff is outstanding, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The facilities are great. The pool was well maintained, and the gym was adequate for a basic workout. The breakfast was delicious and they had a great variety of choices.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was spotless – super clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also a big plus – just a short walk to the big mall and very close to the visa center, which was super convenient for my trip.
