Very disapointed
It's a very bad experience for me after 30 years of traveling for business and pleasure !
- checking not efficiently
- none of the checking staff show you how to turn onbTV for chanel or aircondictioning
- when you call Operator to help to make a local phone call, he is very unpleasant with the guest and he does not want to help although its he job
He is very nasty and did not want to place a call . When i asked him to give me the instruciom howbtondial local phone call, he said Guest can't make a call . Only him can place the calls outside ?? Is that true ?
- it's very unconvenience when the hotel can not exchange money from US dollar to Peso currency . I have to walk outside to find a place to exchange money for a taxi..
- checking Hotel lobby is very small and veru confused . I'm not sure of his name, but I stayed for 1 night, which is Feb 3rd
There's is NO Reataurant for dinner . Only bad buffet and a la cart. Food and service are very bad .
Menus are not ebough viarities to order. When I placed the order, it took about 35 minutes for the food on my table

- when you have dinner I can't charge to my room. Either I have to pay cash or credit card, which is a very inconvenience for a guest ! We do not travel with Cash on hand
I will not book this hotel anymore as long as I travel and I would recommend anyone to stay in this hotel
It's a very big dispoitement with this kind of service compared to other hotels in the world's
