The hotel isnt in the best shape cosmetically, and it's a little confusing at first. But the staff is outstanding, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The facilities are great. The pool was well maintained, and the gym was adequate for a basic workout. The breakfast was delicious and they had a great variety of choices.

Nice comfortable bed and spacious room. Walking distance to MOA Arena and MOA mall. Difficult to find the lift to the room as it'socated at 2nd floor. Car Parking is a bit troublesome as it's far from our room. Staff are friendly. Restaurant at 7th floor is good and is open until late night.

Staff are all professional, specially Allein of the front desk, Mark of Concierge, and Cyrene of Housekeeping. Exterior of the building is faded after 10 years, but the interior and the people make it a better option than others. Their buffet breakfast is excellent and lots of good choices.
