Not a bad stay for the price. The hotel is in a good, well-connected area, the 24-hour front desk is helpful, and the breakfast is decent. However, the hotel lacks facilities and the Wi-Fi was awful.

The room was small on the last floor but the rest was very good: reception staff , breakfast and WiFi. The hotel is about 15-20 walk to the city center. Many fastfood outlets near the metro station. In general the stay was pleasant .

The hotel is on the corner of a very busy street, which fact is not so wonderful. But it’s very close to where you want to be, i.e. close to Wenceslas Square. And the breakfast was very good

I liked that the property was just outside of the heavy touristy zone but just a 10-15 min walk to Wenceslas square. There were many restaurants and cafes close by as well as a subway station I.P Pavlova, and tram stop The area was relatively quiet and safe. I was on the 1st floor, very fortunately, but each floor just had a few rooms and the guests were quiet. When I went to breakfast in the morning I was surprised how many people were actually in that hotel. However the doors or walls were relatively thin. The staff were professional and there 24 hrs-- loved that. The room was efficient as well as bathroom-not too small. We were two that travelled. There was no iron but that seems to be commonly the case in Eastern Europe. I believe one was available upon request. Our room had no refrigerator or microwave either, but it wasn't a bother. We had AC unit in the room that we controlled, and we could open the windows if we wanted, yeah! The beds were comfortable and pillows were large and firm enough, not too much. I would def go back and stay there again for its convenient and safe location, and basic comfort of the rooms, and hall area, and the surrounding beautiful buildings. Also for the included breakfast. The breakfast was okay, not great, but def good enough. There were two types of eggs, if you didn't want the runny ones, fresh fruits daily, proscuitto, and other meats, cheeses, bread, pastries incl croissants, cereals, salads and beverages. It can satisfy all.

Incorrect billing

The hotel was not up to what it promises in the website. They chested us on tariff . Front desk staff was very rude and brushed us off. We were left with no option as they had already deducted the money. Please be aware what you are going for. I would suggest avoid going and getting trapped.

Hemsk parkeringssituation i området, vi blev tipsade om ett garage runt hörnan som vi aldrig hittade så valde extremt dyr gatuparkering utanför hotellet. Väldigt gammal stil på allt, vidrig heltäckningsmatta på golvet i rummet. Bra lägga till stan dock med gångavstånd till sevärdheter.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und boten genug Platz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Unsere Zimmer, konnten wir bereits im 12:30 Uhr beziehen. Auswahl beim Frühstück war völlig ausreichend. Wir können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen.
