10/10 Exceptional

The location is fantastic, close to St Peters square and walkable to most of the major sites. Staff was very helpful, the rooms were very functional, not large but we didn’t spend much time in the rooms. We stayed four nights and thought the price was reasonable for what we needed. I would book again.

Staff go the extra mile..really helpful at check in explaining the area . Room was spotless after each clean. A hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle over the bridge.

6/10 Good

Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Room was small, bathroom even smaller. Sheets were rough and bed very hard. AC was just ok (it worked but didn’t get cool like we are use to in the US). Location was great for the Vatican.

The hotel is rustic and located in a very convenient location close to the Vatican and restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was great and had variety. We had to climb a few steps to get to the elevator and then a few more steps from the elevator to our rooms, but the staff did not help us with our luggage.
