Great location in the heart of the old town, we were very happy with the large room with mezzanine bedroom and private terrace as well as a smart tv (not that we watched much) was great to connect to for music/news etc in the evenings.
Service at the breakfast was always very good as was the food.
For the money everything was spot on and would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at several hotels during our honeymoon in Greece and this was by far our favorite! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the area as well and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely small hotel right in the middle of the old city of Chania. We loved everything about our rooms and the property. Breakfasts are delicious and made to order and the staff are incredibly friendly and warm. Definitely would stay here again.

I just had one night in this hotel but it was really nice. Location is great, just one row back from the busy port. Room was lovely and very well equipped.

A beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located for exploring Chania and close to the harbour. We stayed in a standard room (no 1) which was very clean and comfortable but not spacious. The a la carte breakfast was fantastic - the best hotel breakfast ever!

Wonderful small hotel with 7 rooms. It is a few steps from the old town and beach but quiet and secluded. Our room (#5) was spacious and comfortable with a great shower.
Breakfast was delicious and innovative.

We had a wonderful stay at the Serenissima Boutique Hotel. The staff was very kind and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to many close restaurants and shopping. The only negative would be if you have a rental car, there is no parking at the hotel (you have to walk to it) and it’s very difficult to find parking near by. Overall, we would definitely stay again!

Barbara and her colleagues are super friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel could be a maze for first time visitor, but once you figuring out, it’s so convenient ~~only steps to the water front, and quite many great restaurants nearby! Also easy to access bus station (only several blocks I think)
