I wish I could give this hotel a better rating. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, but not everyone. Apparently their cleaning crew is new and unfortunately that meant that bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned, and other shortcuts were taken hotel has so many good things going for it like a great location, free parking, amazing fire pits, loved the beds and other amenities

Clean room, nice hotel, good breakfast, nice pool an hot tub. Very noisy guests, both nights we stayed there. We were charged more for the room then our booking through Expedia was. Don't trust Expedia no more, never know how much you will pay on your check out, I'm very disappointed 😞

We were totally impressed when pulling into the parking lot, loved the lodge look, then stepping into the lobby you could tell a lot of care and insight was put into the creation of this hotel. I was totally impressed with the cleanliness. The staff was all very friendly and caring. We will be back.

I don't book for the free breakfast but it is nice. This was terrible. Hours 630-10am. Arrive couple min before 9. Saw a man scraping gravy out w a spoon & it looked congealed. No fruit. 1 muffin w nuts. 2 containers 2%. Must have been yogurt as someone eating some. Dirty rag and spray bottle at coffee station. Hotel staff sweeping and using dustpan. I asked about food & was told " I've refilled the fruit twice". Ok, do I need to get there at 630 or take what's left?? Guy scraping gravy w a spoon must have asked about gravy. I literally watched staff go in and warm gravy and bring it and biscuits out w no handwashing. Also refilled fruit no handwashing. That's it. No yogurt restock. Not good. Not hygienic. There were 14 people there at that time scrounging around w what was left. Terrible.
