Renaissance Phoenix Downtown, Phoenix
Great place to stay in the downtown Phx area
We planned a Staycation in the downtown Phoenix area due to Phoenix Comic Fest and our daughter's Spring Performance at The Orpheum Theatre over Memorial Day weekend. The location of the hotel was perfect; within a quarter of a mile from both the convention center and theater. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. The area did have some homeless asking for money and was a little sketchy at night, but that is to be expected in downtown Phoenix. When our neighbors in the next room over were particularly rowdy and yelling loudly after midnight, a call to the front desk took care of it immediately. It was definitely a great stay at the hotel!

Great Downtown location
The Hotel is very modern looking. Check in was easy. The chilled bottles of water was very appreciated. Spouse & I walked to a concert at Talking Stick Arena. Various restaurant choices nearby. The room & bed very comfortable.

Awesome stay, thank you
My stay at the Renaissance was probably the most comfortable stay I've ever had. The staff was tops. I'll be visiting here from now on when Phoenix Comic Fest comes to town.

Great experience. Tirrell at the front desk is absolutely awesome. He was a joy. So accommodating and helpful. He is an asset to the Renaissance. We will definitely be back.

Fun place with friends
It was such a comfortable room! Terrel, at reception was amazing. He was so personable! He offered us a suite at a very good rate. The room was beautiful. We went to the wine walk with friends for the afternoon and didn’t want to drive home so we all booked rooms. 5th floor has the pool and corn hole and a very large area just to relax and enjoy yourself.
