由於旅館於名勝二条城附近，首次去亦很容易找到 旅館的位置，亦很近JR或地下鐵，但用膳選擇不多。此外，這旅館沒有服務員提供服務，停留兩三天還好，時間一長不知道如何處理垃圾，但由於是獨立房屋，沒有隠私的問題，只是牆壁太薄，每晚行動都要很小心不要吵到鄰居。
