The hotel very Good, but charge for parking not good and when I enter the room not clean , but the lady on the frondesck changing the room for me. Room service nice e Breakfast ! I recomend.

A great place facing the Pampulha lake where you can join the locals take a couple miles easy walk around the lake and admires the architectures of the museums, beautiful church and mansions built in late 20th century. The staff was friendly but translation apps needed for further assistance after check-in.

Hotel atende para uma estadia rápida. Mas pelo preço esperava mais. Banheiros em estado médio de conservação. Não há serviço de quarto. Todas as tomadas 220v e não tem transformador. Estacionamento cobrado à parte. Os funcionários são cordiais e resolvem os problemas rapidamente na medida do possível. Café da manhã ok. Ponto forte: localização bem de frente para a lagoa da Pampulha.

Colocaram a gente no 1º andar, tem que passar pelo restaurante do hotel pra chegar ao corredor, tem 1 lâmpadas no quarto e outra no banheiro queimada, não tinha shampoo e nem condicionador no dispenser do box, o secador tá queimado e a água do box fica vazando pro banheiro e a camareira passou nos quartos as 09:00h de um domingo batendo nas portas para arrumar

O hotel em si não é ruim. É um hotel 3 estrelas, as acomodações são um pouco antigas, mas parece que estão passando por reformas. Minha indignação é que me cobraram a estadia, dizendo que o site "hoteis.com" usava o cartão somente para reserva, porém ao pagar a fatura descobri que estou pagando duas vezes. Agora estou a mais de meia hora tentando ligar no hotel e ninguém atende, pelo whatsapp também não tenho resposta. Contato com eles é extremamente difícil!
