I made reservation about a week prior my arrival. Check in time was 2:00pm. I arrived at 3:15, and they didn’t have a room available. I waited til 4:10. Then I asked Elizangela, who works at front desk for a late check on the next day. She gave permission, and worked at perfect. The included breakfast was not very good. Fruits looked old and not fresh. The hotel was located in a great area.

Old hotel, needs maintenance and renovation
The nice lobby hides old rooms, with stained furniture (chair). Bathroom in awful conditions, old shower, hot water in the sink doesn´t work, broken toilet seat, Breakfast is no more thank OK. They tried to charge me a restaurant expense that was not mine.
