Very dirty swimming pool. Filter is broken. All the dirt is just floating around. Tiles are falling off. Room is ok. Carpet needs changing. Old and stained.

Safety Issue - Door cannot be locked

This hotel has seen better days……decades ago. Changed rooms twice as locks were faulty. Finally got downgraded to a room with functioning lock but faucet and tap feels like they could break anytime. Staff was apologetic but that’s about it. No service recovery at all. Honestly would never ever return, even if they paid me to. Don’t be deceived by the photos - stay at your own risk.

I like getting hotels that are part of Expedia VIP, well this was a horrible experience. The first room thst we got had cockraches, so i let them know and was moved to another room where the water was stuck in the sink. The VIP perks of room upgrade or discount were never provided even after letting them know, so i will not stay here again.

Mysig och lugn stämning, fräscht och trevlig personal. Bra läge nära central park och Night Market. Fin pool som våra barn gillade, men lite synd att det inte fanns ett ordentligt fallskydd på terrassen där poolen låg, så vi behövde vara väldigt försiktiga med barnen. 客房看得出來偏舊，枕頭跟被子還有毛巾看得出歲月痕跡，但是是乾淨的，希望有機會更新備品。 晚上可能是中秋節，外面吵雜的聲音直至凌晨有點困擾，住的其中一天還有人誤觸火災警報 浴室的洗臉盆流水速度很慢有點困擾，洗澡的熱水很足不會忽冷忽熱 櫃檯人員跟餐廳人員都很和善，餐點雖簡單但也很快速補上。

如果您是因為泳池想預約住宿的要思考一下，泳池環境僅供拍照打卡，因為水池內衛生非常糟糕，很多漂浮物甚至非常多一把一把的頭髮，池底結塊的青苔，可想而知每天基本的清潔作業都疏忽了，孩子們一下水就驚聲尖叫爬出來了。早餐一般商業早餐，提供熱食。接待人員都很友善包含餐廳人員。

The breakfast arrangement on Sun morning was extremely bad, no stuff refilled by kitchen after 0915am, we spent almost 35 mins just having the drinks, salad and congee only. A big difference as compared with my previous 4 days morning in same hotel. Probably they need to carefully review on it especially on how to manage the breakfast section. Overall the hotel's facilities is perfect with a rear top swimming pool, i like it.

立地がとても便利でした。六合夜市は近い、そしてスーパーマーケットも近い。地下鉄は前金駅が近い。 夕方から20時までレストランでお茶やコーヒーやお菓子をいただけます。 樹屋飯店のシンボルの樹のオブジェのところはフリースペースになっていて、広々として素敵です。 自助洗衣（洗濯機と乾燥機）が2台づつありました。50元づつかかります。とても助かりました。 部屋はおしゃれで綺麗です。 部屋の自動の鍵が閉まらなくなりましたが、その日には直してくれました。 朝と夜のフロントの人がまったく鍵の事の連携はしていないようでした。
