Nice hotel in a nice area of Stockholm

Parking at the hotel is limited but street parking nearby is plentiful. Staff were very helpful in finding me a space when I booked at the last minute! The rooms can be a bit warm as ours had no air-conditioning but they are clean and tidy. Breakfast was really good with a large range of options that even our kids couldn't complain at! Overall a lovely hotel.

Stay away!

This hotel is probably the worst hotel i ever stayed in. The room did not live up to the description. It was run down, dirty with a smell of muld. They were renovating when we were staying. So it might be better in the future. But just renting out these rooms were an atrocity!

Tycker mycket om Ersta hotell,speciellt utsikten och att ni har skönare sängar än andra hotell. Tycker om den gamla stilen,roligare än toppmoderna mörka hotell. Men ni skulle behöva fräscha upp badrummen. Och fixa till frukosten litegrann,den känns lite begränsad just nu. Men den funkar absolut och smakar helt ok. Enda invändningen är badrummen,varit hos er två gånger nu och kommer säkerligen besöka er igen.

Forfærdeligt, ringe, dårlig behandling, lyver direkte om muligheden for tidlig morgenmad, som vi ikke fik. Dårlige forhold med trapper med 3 forskellige nøgler til koldt værelse , brusebadet mega svært, håndtaget kunne ikke drejes. Morgenmaden var fin! Hvilket var utroligt ift det øvrige, også receptionen lovede tidligt morgenmad, men det var til låste døre…, så… dårligt, kan ikke anbefale dette hôtel overhovedet

Alt for ringe….

Ringe værelse, skulle ned og op af trapper samt bruge 3 forskellige nøgler for at komme frem til værelset.Værelset var meget koldt, ingen radiatorer eller lign. Kunne ikke åbne for vand i Bruseren, den var mega stram!!! Skulle til Åland, så skulle mega tidligt op, fik lovet at momentan kunne hentes trods tidspunktet … Men nej, alle døre var låst, trods bank på døren…. Syntes det var snyd og bedrag … Skal siges at vi dagen før havde spist meget fin og lækker morgenmad der, det var det eneste gode samt beliggenhed ved færgen til Åland!!! Jeg vil aldrig tage den hotel igen
