Room was comfortable and clean. Check in was done live over the phone as there is no front desk at the location so we interacted with the cleaning staff to provide our passport information and pay the city tax. Very close to the Colloseum and restaurants, and the cafe next door comes in handy. Some reviews mentioned they thought it was close to the train station, but I felt that would have been a long walk with luggage coming from Roma Termini. Because there is no front desk we communicated with Whats App and they were helpful providing a driver on our departure in the early morning to the airport.

This is great little boutique hotel near the Colosseum. The service was excellent. It had great A/C in the June heat. The shower was great. A wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!

The place is clean and organized and the location is just great. I did not like that to send the photo of my ID per Whatsapp (there was not data treatment agreement in this transaction). Small details missing like no coffee (only tee) and no bottle of water for free as I used to have in all my bookings even cheaper. Also the details for check in where nos send in advance. So I have to confirm once I reached the place which make it a bit impractical.

Wonderful place to stay. We had 3 rooms and all rooms were cleaned daily. Wonderful area with bus and light rail station within 50 yards of entrance. Comfortable bed and shower although a bit small was wonderful everyday with good water temperature and pressure. Would highly recommend.
