Great location, near restaurants, shopping and attractions. The owners were welcoming and very helpful as well as friendly staff. The hotel is very safe. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It had mostly home made products and a great variety of food to choose from. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a very typically French in it's decor and style. The hosts were gracious, helpful and very knowledgeable. Their English was excellent. The breakfasts offered many choices and I especially appreciated the amazing baked goods! The location is perfect. In the town center area but far enough away to be very quiet. I would recommend the Garland to travelers going to Lyon.,

Great location, great staff. Not the best location with people who have mobility issues moving around outside the hotel. In general cars are not allowed within the gates of the city, so uber is out. Most things are walkable., but if you have a walker- the cobblestone streets are rough!. Place was super clean and the furnishings were updated!

It’s was a great location for walking but it’s pedestrian only so you have to walk a bit with luggage. Also no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. We were on the third floor so a bit of a work out. If you want cute and small this is perfect. We would stay again for sure.
