10/10 Exceptional

Overall, our stay was comfortable and we received excellent service from our staff. The only concern was that the hotel was a relatively long distance from the train stop. Towing our luggage that distance was difficult.
Verified review

6/10 Good

It is 10 minutes away from the airport, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the hotel after getting off. The front-line staff is smiling and polite. There is nothing else special. The room is normal.

This hotel is great for a 1 night stay. Close to the airport with a good inexpensive shuttle to the airport. Not close to any amenities, but the restaurant had good food, Room was spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had a nice large shower. Would stay there again if I am ever back in Switzerland- Zurich area

10/10 Exceptional

Clean rooms, well maintained, optional buffet breakfast was excellent. Conveniently located for transit connections. In a very hot period of time, air conditioning was not particularly effective.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Room was very basic. Bedding was scratchy with old lumpy pillows. Room was warm but extra hot day outside in Zurich. Close to airport and shuttle to airport is great. Front desk people were very helpful. Full breakfast (20 CHF) and nice coffee/expresso/latte offerings.
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

Nice hotel. Would have been nice to have a fridge though. We are gold members but not offered a upgrade. Staff were all very pleasant and shuttle to the airport.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The room lacked amenities like face clothes, skin soap, body cream a workable coffee machine, and then the train was awfully close and noisy tho it did stop during the night. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.
