La calidad de la habitación está bastante buena, las camas, las sábanas y almohadas muy confortables pero, el baño pudiesen remodelarlo para hacerlo más moderno, cambiando las piezas del mismo ya que se encuentran bastante deterioradas. El agua caliente tarda entre 5 a 7 minutos aprox en salir y luego de abrir un poco el agua fría para temperarla deja de salir agua caliente, aunque lo comenté en recepción y quedaron en revisarlo no lo hicieron. De todas formas para pasar un par de noches está bastante aceptable.

El hotel no cuenta con suficiente estacionamiento, la habitación que nos asignaron tenía fallas con el equipo de aire acondicionado lo cual hizo que no pasáramos buena noche por el calor, el lavamanos tenía hormigas... lo único que rescato de este hotel es el buen trato que brindó la persona que estaba en recepción quien estuvo atendiendo de inmediato nuestras peticiones.

Pleasant stay

Stayed 14 days, had no problems. Room was very clean, daily room cleaning. Fast internet, had no problems streaming at high quality. I had a rental car and there was parking inside, however some days it was full and I had to park outside (very safe area). Helpful staff. There is a 24/7 convenience store (Oxxo) next to the hotel, which is nice since there is no refrigerator in the room. Pretty quiet air conditioning and fan. Recommended for those who does not need to live downtown where all the noise is.

トゥルムの中心地にあるためか、交通量が多く（大型車の迂回路に面している）、近くにクラブがあるのか深夜でもかなり騒がしいので、睡眠を重視するのであれば避けるのが無難。窓を閉め切ると蒸すのでエアコン入れるもその風が不快（フィルターとか掃除してない感じ）。それよりもシャワーのお湯が出なかったのが最大の問題。

All the walls in the room were covered in mold, the ac leaked constantly, and the shower barely worked. Argued with the staff for 3 hours to get a refund, to which they agreed. When Expedia reached out to them to get permission for a refund they refused them there. The hotel also conveniently had their phone line down for a few days so Expedia couldn’t reach get into contact with them for a while, but internet the internet was working somehow. I know it’s Mexico, but this whole experience was incredibly shady and disappointing. I wouldn’t even consider staying here again if my entire trip was paid for. Tulum overall was fantastic though. Had a wonderful trip and met many wonderful people despite this place.
