The staff are what make this hotel. They are excellent across the board, from check in to check out.
Restaurants were of a good quality, though mains a little repetitive. I asked for decaf coffee at breakfast and some sachets were found for me and I was told to simply ask when I needed more, it really is the little things!
The only downsides to this hotel is that smoking is allowed in all outside areas so I think that around the pool and outside dining areas would benefit from smoking and non smoking areas as as non-smokers we found we couldn’t get away. The other thing is the vast amount of plastic water bottles used. It must be thousands a day! There must be a better way to keep everyone hydrated.
Other than these little niggles, it is an excellent hotel and I would definitely return.
