8/10 Very good

Nice hotel, loved the staff they were all friendly and helpful.

Would give this a 15 out of 10 if I could. From the welcome glass of bubbles, to the willingness to provide endless bottles of water for the room - this was a delightful stay. When I checked into my first room and asked to move to a different one they accommodated so graciously and even saved me a massive headache and returned my passport and wallet to me when I accidentally left it laying about in the first room. Super centrally located, very clean and chic, loved the book themed elevators.

One of our favorite hotels we have stayed at. It is In a wonderful neighborhood that has plenty of restaurants and shops while being far away from the touristy areas. The hotel itself is very unique, stylish, and very quiet. The staff were always very pleasant to deal with and helpful without being over-bearing.

This hotel is a hidden gem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the minute we walked into the beautiful and unique interior lobby, the helpful staff, the yummy free small frozen yogurt station to the large beautifully decorated room. The clothes steamer was such an unexpected amenity! We’ll be back.
