Ya habia estado en ese hotel, años atras, y tenia una expectativa mas alta, las instalaciones estaban mucho mas cuidadas. El restaurante con un precio, verdaderamente desproporcionado El aseo de la habitacion, mal hecho. Los platos del cafe sucios Cortesias, como shampoo, acondicionador, cepillos de dientes, incompletos.

buena opción de alojamiento en plan europeo, las habitaciones son preciosas y la tranquilidad que hay es increible. Sin embargo, para ser un hotel con 4 diamantes no creo que valga la pena el TI , las bebidas no son de la mejor calidad, los alimentos regulares y no hay muchas opciones de actividades , esta genial en plan parejas para ir a descansar pero no se si recomendaria el All inclusive ,

So, the front clerk upon arriving was not welcoming. The fan in the entrance patio was not working, neither was the jacuzzi so that was not good. One day we did not have maid service and the last day before we checked out they didn’t leave any coffee and clean the dirty dishes from the previous day. Other than that. Our villa was very comfortable and the place was very clean and vegetation felt like you’re in Hawaii, very beautiful. Transportation was quick to take us where we needed.

En términos generales, las instalaciones están bien; el problema, no funcionan los elevadores; nos quedamos atrapados en uno de ellos y el otro no cerraban sus puertas, después de mucha insistencia nos cambiaron de habitación al primer piso; la comida no es muy buena y los meseros cometen muchos errores en los pedidos; la zona de bar en la alberca es muy buena, tanto el servicio como la calidad

We liked our Suite and the private pool, but the other visitors partied until 4 AM and we complained for 3 nights with no relief. When leaving, we did not return our wrist bands, because we were not told to return them. They refused to let us leave the premises and kept us hostage for 15 minutes in our car waiting for them to open the gate so we could leave. Totally unprofessional, rude and illegal. Don't expect anything better. This was off season, imagine what it is like when it is at full capacity!?

Stayed NYE week. It was dead. Asked about this and told that this is the usual crowd. We were the only people at the main pool, serenity pool and at the dinner buffet (do not recommend lunch or dinner on property). Even though we had All inclusive, opted to go in town to enjoy our lunch and dinners in Bucerias and Sayulita (amazing little towns and worth exploring). Did get a good burger at the beach club, along with fish tacos. Bartenders were super cool and attentive. Disco/night club was advertised, but non existent. Other areas were also featured, but closed or not available. Have to take shuttles to beach club and surrounding. Spa at Delta Hotels was nearby and it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Front desk clerk (Benita?) was extremely helpful. Room was spacious, but no heat, pressure or drainage in bathroom showers. It could be nice with a bit of TLC and some energy. First and last visit.

EN EL RESTAURANTE BUFFET, LA PERSONA DE LA ENTRADA NI TE MIRA PARA DARTE LOS BUENOS DIAS Y EL COLMO FUE QUE DESDE LA NOCHE DEL 11 DE SEPTIEMBRE MI HABITACION SIN AGUA LO REPORTE Y NO LES IMPORTÓ, LLEGO EL 12 DE SEPTIEMBRE Y SEGUIA SIN AGUA LO REPORTE NUEVAMENTE Y LA QUE TOMÓ MI REPORTE RESPONDIO LE MANDO AL DE MANTENIMIENTO EL CUAL NUNCA APARECIÓ.
