Very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel is extremely helpful - much better than other serviced condos in Singapore. Would definitely book this hotel again. However, the SGD$30 breakfast is a bit steep since there are not many items you can choose.

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, spacious, and beautifully appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. Our only minor issue was the noticeable temperature difference between the main room and the bedroom, which required some adjustment. While the hotel itself doesn’t offer breakfast, they directed us to their connected sister hotel, which has a breakfast buffet. The buffet was convenient but fairly average in quality. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the peaceful and well-designed accommodations.

Good things - location, swimming pool, staff Not so great - there is a lot of construction around which is a little unsightly, also the sofa in the living area is a sofa bed and not very comfortable as a sofa. Communication was great- they were receptive to emails sent beforehand regarding check in. Staff helpful Once we were there. Useful To have a washing machine. Swimming pool Has good views and wasn’t too busy.

Really lovely modern serviced apartments. Well equipped and cleaned daily. Top floor pool is fabulous. We were very happy with our room and the amenities. Staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Short walk to bus stop and MRT. Right across the street from the wonderful shops and cafes in Kampong Glam. The entrance is a bit tricky to find and the construction outside is a small headache, but overall this is a great place to stay and a very good value. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel, even better staff

We arrived in Singapore with a reservation at another “4 star” hotel and we left after one night. There were ants and holes in places where there shouldn’t have been—I’ll leave it at that because I’m shuttering thinking about it. Anyway we quickly hopped on the Hotels.com app and found this absolute gem of a place. It has everything you could want, great location, it’s quiet and clean but the staff is above and beyond. I’m not sure I’ve experienced a kinder hotel staff. Not just accommodating but truly kind. Everyone was friendly and so good to us. I travel quite a bit for work and have stayed in so many hotels and this staff is the kindest. They took such good care of us especially after the horrid experience we had at the other hotel. 11/10. Wonderful place.

Overall decent stay in November 2024. The check-in process took a lifetime though there is the option to do a portion electronically ahead of time, which is recommended. We did not and paid the price. Our family booked 3 rooms here. The staff was nice enough to put us on the top floor for the sake of our baby due to construction below. (Construction is just starting and expected to get worse. Recommend staying at a high floor to avoid noise). Two of the rooms we occupied had no issues. One room was problematic - the A/C unit was not consistent and the set temperature never held. The bedroom itself was always hot. We had someone come take a look but the issue was not resolved. Of note, we were told by the maintenance crew that there is actually no A/C vent in the bedroom and that the A/C vent is only in the main living area. The vent inside the bedroom is a return air vent. A/C would have to trickle into the bedroom from outside by keeping the bedroom door open. The 3rd room also had a kitchen sink leak, which required maintenance. Apart from these issues, stay was decent due to convenience. Rooms were equipped with a full kitchen set up, including cookware, tableware and utensils. Each room also had a washer/dryer (all-in one) unit. Would have been nice if the property provided an instruction manual. We manually pressed wash and dry for each load and had to time each cycle. We only found out later that the machine's "star cycle" included drying. Good for families.

Well located with good outlook. One of my favourite accommodation in Singapore but starting to age. There was some damp smell on floor we were staying on and the shower took 10mins to warm up. Service is great as usual. Busy hotel.
