I truly appreciate my stay here! You definitely get what you pay for the place is clean, well-sanitized, and well-maintained, especially considering it’s a shared space. The morning cleaning lady was so sweet and helpful with everything I needed. The only small challenge was the language barrier with some guests, but aside from that, everything was great. I had such an enjoyable time and got to network with so many amazing people in the lounge areas upstairs and downstairs. It’s always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere here. This was my second stay, and I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience at front desk. The room is listed as 2 people but it is actually two beds in a giant mixed shared room. Staff has no power - or desire - to help. Tried to contact the reservations department myself as the front desk was not calling them but they could not do much either. Ended up booking another hotel, therefore I cannot review things like cleanliness and comfort.

Wrong kind of crowd that does not respect quiet hour or other people. Zero service and no monitoring. No soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms and the lack of cleaning and ventilation shows. The cleanliness was subpar—the bathrooms were constantly wet and not well-maintained, and the bunk areas felt cramped and stuffy. The “luxury” label is misleading. You’re basically in a glorified bunk room with zero privacy. If you’re expecting a peaceful night’s sleep forget it.
