Oasis in Downtown Miami
Beautiful high-rise hotel, ideally located in downtown Miami. Short walk to Frost Science Center and Bayside outdoor shopping, restaurants and pier. The service was excellent. We were treated to a signature cocktail upon check-in. The rooms are modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view was incredible of downtown Miami and the bay. Rooms come equipped with washer/dryers and a full kitchen. Felt like a luxury apartment. Cleaning service came every day and our room was lovely when we came home from beach or tourist fun. There is street noise, but it is what you'd expect in a big city, and the rooms are quiet enough that my family slept great. Uber was quick and easy to Wynwood Walls area, which I would highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again. Looking forward to the Jaguar Sun bar being finished!

A blow of fresh air in miami
A surprising new hotel in the downtown area. Very clean, staff are super friendly compared to other hotels in miami. Breakfast needs some work though, its confusing to find where they serve breakfast and the selection is minimal. Hope they improve on this though. Around the area there are great places in a walking distance. I find over the past 2 years hotels in miami have gone crazy with the price, Elser was a great quality/price range. Keep up the good work!

Staff were amazing very friendly always had a smile. Great knowledge of the area always remembered your name. Nothing was too much for them to do. Already recommended this hotel to friends. Clean, modern, comfortable and the pool and gym facilities were amazing. Cant wait to stay here again
