First: The pool deck is off the chain! Huge, lovely pool, amazing views, a variety of seating and shade levels and NO “exclusive” cabana nonsense. Food and beverage service with actual tables - people of all ages and stages were enjoying themselves. Second: It’s the perfect location if you’re overnighting before a cruise. The port is less than a mile away, and you’re within walking distance of some great restaurants and coffee shops if you need them.

Stayed here after a cruise before flying home the next morning. Excellent location, directly across the street from Bayside Marketplace and stop #1 for the Big Bus Hop on and Hop off. Bayside has tons of shopping and restaurants and there is a CVS right around the corner for any last minute needs.A glass of rum punch at check in was a nice touch. Beautiful room on the 36th floor with a gorgeous city AND bay view. Room was like a studio apartment with kitchen and laundry. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful & has incredible views; however, the staff is the real star of the show. Juan (Bellman) provided exceptional service & went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at The Elser hotel if I find myself in Miami again.
