Exceptional Hotel
Had an amazing experience at this hotel. Booked a corner king room and everything about it was exceptional - the views were incredible, huge balcony, big bathroom with a tub, comfortable bed, lots of space and cool technological features. It was also super clean which is very important to me, and every single staff member was such a joy to interact with. The pool area is beautiful and the location is unbeatable in Brickell. Over all, I am super impressed with EAST and will definitely be back next time I'm in Miami!

Not a business hotel
I upgraded to a suite, but there was no desk to do work. Also valet was horrible if you had a rental car. Traffic in and out at night for the rooftop scene was terrible. If you’re there for bachelorette weekend yes, if you’re going to work and have business meetings pass.

We will be back!
We had an amazing stay at EAST. From the time we checked in (early) to our checkout, everyone was nice, professional, and through. The staff ensured that our stay was comfortable and we were completely accommodated at all times. We arrived early and our room wasn’t available however we were treated to pastries and a drink at the lobby cafe until our room was ready a few hours later (still earlier than the regular checkin time). The only thing I would change is that we did not have a full length mirror. However, we later learned that we could’ve requested it. We will keep that in mind for our next stay. Overall great stay. Great location!
