Toilet bad smell and noisy floor, no proper air conditionor, mostly hot. Compared to their branch in Tampere both their hotels in Helsinki are reslly bad.

Enough for business, not for leisure
I went to Helsinki for a business trip. The room is small but compact for one person. It has two small mattresses and a sofa bed. I got an email with instructions in Finnish. So I had no idea how to enter the building. There is no reception. The code is good after 4pm. There is no room service. I used the same towels for 5 days. But the maintenance service is okay. I reported a problem and they fixed in the next day.

terrible - beware of this place
There is no reception and no hotel staff. You get a code by SMS and email (good chance for hackers and thieves) to enter the building and the room. The room was dirty, the mattress was dirty and it was extremely hot in the room. Impossible to stay there or to get a good sleep. Windows are locked and cannot be opened. They have a so-called 24hr hotline. You can call for 0,79€/min. If you want to complain you have to pay. I complained by email. The hotel replied that the ventilation is a fully automated system and there is nothing they can do.

The room was in OK shape and size. What was HORRIBLE about the room is that it felt like you were inside a box with no airflow. The room was so hot that I could not sleep. Windows did not open, there was no type of fan or any way to create air movement. I left the hotel at 3-4 am because it was pointless being there trying to sleep. In case you haven't been tobthese hotels, there is no front desk, no reception or anyone to talk to. They email you a code and room number and that is how you get in to the hotel and room.
