We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The breakfast was delicious (though it’s not free). The pool was nice, clean, and very refreshing! Even though the property was older, it was well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even had bottles of water for you whenever you needed one. The location of the property was very walkable to downtown. Also, they don’t charge for parking like many downtown hotels do. It is a great value for being so close to downtown.

The location is great. The air conditioning unit in the room struggled to keep the temperature below 80 until around midnight and the room was consistently very humid. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made the humidity problem even worse. The third floor overall seemed to be in ok shape, but when we detoured down the ground floor hallway it was pretty rough. The staff were very attentive and breakfast was good. It was fine for a budget stay within easy walking distance of downtown amenities, but if I'd planned an anniversary trip with this as the accommodations, I would be in trouble.
