Staff was very helpful, hotel was lovely, the swimming pool and spa was great. The town was very safe and friendly and railway station was only a short walk where you can get a free train to Luxembourg city etc.

The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels.

SPA stop on way to Cologne
Two day spa stay in Clerveaux on our way to Cologne. Although the hotel is in need of a full renovation, the staff was courteous and the SPA was first class.

We spent an amazing weekend in this hotel and will be back for sure. Everything was perfect! We sending warm regards to polish speaking girl from the reception. Nice rooms, but beds did not have a fitted sheet between flat sheet and mattress protector, so you had to sleep in contact with either the mattress protector or the comforter. I asked for a fitted sheet, but none was provided.

Beautiful room for a low price.
Big, beautiful room , and quiet. That was good. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Like others said, I was never able to log on to the Internet. Parking was free. Hotel was a bit difficult to find. Overall well worth the price.

Our room was on the first floor with 5 windows over looking the buzy square.
I felt very exposed and uncomfortable. You had to close the curtains to get dressed or if coming in or out of the bathroom.
It would be simple to put up privacy curtains or frosted glass.
This aspect spoiled our stay.

Bad service and no bed for our child as promissed
So disappointed with the stay. Long in-check and service almost non-existing. I had to ask the staff in the desk several times for the bed for our little child which I had booket with the stay AND double-checked the day before that I was sure to have a bed for our child!! It was confirmed in e mail by the hotel!
First time I asked for the bed they looked confused. I was told it would be in our room later. By dinnertime it still wasn’t and I asked again in service. (They did not give us any follow up..) now there was no bed! We have a little child who has to sleep!! But the staff promised to find out something for us. We would expect to a 4 star hotel that we would hear from the staff again so we knew what to do. But they seemed to have forgotten about us. The hours went by and almost 3 hours!!! Later when we all had gone into bed trying to sleep somehow the staff came with a bed!! Some of it. We had to wait again for the last bit of it and by 11 in the evening!!! Way past bedtime for our child we could go to sleep. So bad with no information or follow up!!

Nos quedamos en una suite en la parte moderna de éste hotel Le clervaux Design hotel y Spa, lo que resultó una grata experiencia romántica, con una hermosa arquitectura al interior de la habitación, combinando diseños elegantes y contemporáneos de muy buen gusto... Baños muy modernos con buenas amenidades, así como batas y pantuflas, los cuales son detalles que se valoran mucho. Cama súper confortable brindando una estancia tranquila y relajante.
El hotel en general tiene una ubicación inmejorable, cuenta con 2 restaurantes y zonas para relajar como piscina y sauna, perfecto para una escapada romántica el fin de semana.
Personal en lobby atento y muy amables.
Sólo doy 4 estrellas, ya que al momento de hacer el checking tuvimos que esperar más de 1 hora para recibir la habitación y sólo después de las 16:20 pudimos hacer el ingreso a la habitación, lo que retrasó nuestros planes no pudiendo hacer uso de la zona húmeda que era lo que mas ilusión nos hacía.
Por otro lado al usar la ducha y bañera en la habitación el agua por alguna razón salía completamente fría...tuvimos avisar en recepción, pero ellos muy amablemente lo solucionaron de inmediato.
Por lo demás muy bien todo, instalaciones bien cuidadas y desayunos muy completos.
Repetiría nuevamente para desconectar y relajar con mi pareja y hacer uso completo del hotel y sus instalaciones.
