This motel represents great value stay for those looking for basic accommodations. The location is fantastic, steps from the Puerta del Sol metro and numerous bars and restaurants. A/C was user control and very cold, important for summer months. Staff was very friendly. Our room could be a bit “noisy” at night but nothing that affected our rest. The bath shower had good water pressure. Beds were decent. I would stay again.

This hostel is right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Madrid. Easy check in / out, extraordinary clean, friendly staff, small refrigerator in the room, safety box, good wi-fi and a tiny balcony.

Great location. Walkable to all the major attractions. Hotel overall was fine but definitely dated. Clean just old. A bit noisy at night if that is a problem for you but offset by reasonably comfortable beds. About what you would expect for the money.

A great location in the central area, steps away from the Sol train/metro stop. Easy walking to everything. Only Spanish spoken, has elevator. My room, #11, had a hairdryer! Very noisy, normal for a hostel, but bring earplugs. Great WiFi. No central gathering spot. Toilet made for tiny humans

It was in a great area! It is very lively day and night, with tons of stuff to do right outside the Hostel doors! Great food and bar options open late. Walkable to many of the main tourist sites. Our room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable! Bed was nice. Room had a sink, shower, AC and the shared toilets were always very clean, as well as the rest of the property. Always felt safe walking around here - even very late at night. We enjoyed our stay! The noise outside didn't bother us, as we could not really hear it from our room. If you want something small but comfortable, clean and in a very central/fun location, then this could be a good choice.

Unreasonable booking conditions(be aware)

Clean and functional. Great value and excellent position right at the heart of bars and restaurants. My only niggle is that I travel to Madrid quite often and have recently started to used this hostel but when I booked for my next trip in Feb 24 I put the wrong dates in and although Hotels.com reached out to them within a few minutes of my mistake they would not allow me to rebook for the correct dates without loosing all my money and re booking. Hence my low score and I will not be going back as they have lost my loyalty. (Without their unreasonable stance it would have been 10* to be fair.)

Mal servicio, parece que te quieren correr, no cabía en el baño, no me querían cambiar las toallas, no hicieron el servicio del cuarto un día, todo lo tratan de economizar: mal papel de baño, mal jabón, aire acondicionado con chapuzas. Lo único buen es la ubicación.

PÉSSIMO !!!

A localização é ótima. Mas o resto… Os próprios funcionários parece morar nos quartos e começam a bater portas e falar alto as 5h da madrugada. São os mais barulhentos. As paredes não tem acústica e a gente houve até o q não deveria. Logo q cheguei me colocaram num qto o ar condicionado jogava água pra cima do travesseiro e da cama. Pediram eu ir pra outro quarto e ninguém foi capaz de ajudar na mudança. O Wi-Fi não conectava e a funcionária falou q era meu celular (iPhone). Pq o dela estava normal. Depois da minha insistência. Ela ligou pr alguém q mandou fazer alguma coisa e ela assumiu q tinha problema e qdo eu voltasse da rua estava arrumado. Enfim, é tudo muito velho, funciona precariamente e tem o barulho q não é da tua e sim do gerente, dono… Sei lá. ISSO NÃO DEVERIA ESTAR NO HOTÉIS.COM !!! Sei bem o q é local simples, funcional e com respeito. Esse tá totalmente fora dos padrões hotéis.com. Deixei até o hotel mais cedo pq não aguentei o barulho.

Hotel bem próximo aos principais pontos turísticos, mas numa rua cheia de restaurantes, movimentada e barulhenta. Acústica do quarto muito ruim, se ouvia todo o barulho da rua e do corredor do quarto. Cama era pequena, tamanho viúva, e um travesseiro comprido apenas, o que não era nada confortável. Ficamos coçando bastante o corpo, acredito que o colchão tinha percevejos. Fora isso, pra dormir e tomar banho, até que está ok, embora o preço seja bem alto pro que oferece.

A localização é maravilhosa! Todo o resto é pavoroso! Disposição do quarto é desinteligente; extremamente desconfortável e a limpeza deixa a desejar com vestígios de poeira a mostra. Ao se hospedar tenha ciência que o preço é - somente - pela localização. Não haja necessidade de ficar dentro do quarto.

The hotel offers a great price and is conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get around. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but the property feels outdated, and noise is a significant issue. I could hear everything from conversations in the hallway to cleaners working during the day, which was disruptive when I stayed in due to rain. Even with the windows closed, noise from the outside was noticeable. While the price is a good deal for a single room, it’s not the best choice if you're looking for peace and quiet.
