Ein sehr schönes Quartier, in optimaler Lage unmittelbar am Sportboothafen, 3 Minuten vom Ozeaneum entfernt. Sicher wäre Frühstück im Hause noch schöner gewesen, aber die 100m zum Cafe Gumpert entschädigen dort mit einer herrlichen Auswahl und Qualität! Manch einer wird das Parkhaus im Hotel vermissen, aber das ist baulich direkt am Wasser wohl kaum lösbar. So nutzt man das Parkhaus des Ozeaneums - auch knapp 100m Luftlinie. Ideal geparkt, hat man mit Glück sein Auto vom Hotelzimmer aus im Blick. (E-Auto-Ladestation ist auch vorhanden) Nur Obacht bei längerem Aufenthalt das richtige Ticket für die komplette Zeit lösen - nur damit kann man beliebig oft rein und wieder rausfahren. Verkehrtechnisch ist alles auch sehr gut erreichbar - auf fast direktem Weg von der B96 aus. Der Zustand, die Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers und vor allem die Liebenswürdigkeit des Personals sind absolut überragend! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Ikke verdt pengene

Rommet var enkelt, komfortabelt og rent. Men vi var veldig plaget av støy fra flere nærliggende utesteder og forbipasserende på gaten utenfor. Dette pågikk til langt utpå natten. Vi måtte holde alle vinduer lukket for å få sove, noe som gjorde det svært varmt på et rom (i juli) som verken hadde vifte eller aircondition. Vi fikk ikke passord til hotellets wifi da vi sjekket inn, og resepsjonen var stengt og forlatt etter kl 18. Hotellet har ikke inkludert frokost eller hotellparkering. For prisen vi betalte for denne overnattingen, som var mer enn vi betalte natten før på et Hilton-hotell med frokost inkludert, så var oppholdet på Kontorhaus Hotel i Stralsund dessverre ikke verdt pengene.

Hotel ist so lala

Der Empfang war nicht gerade erfreulich. Der Herr an der Rezeption war sichtlich genervt, weil ich keinen Corona Test vorweisen konnte. Ein Test direkt im Hotel könnte man aus Kostengründen nicht anbieten, da man extra Personal dafür anstellen müsste. Komischerweise ging dies ohne Probleme in einem anderen Hotel in Stralsund. Das Zimmer war spartanisch eingerichtet. Der Fernseher war fast unter der Decke montiert, ein angenehmes Fernseherlebnis stellte sich wegen schmerzender Nackenmuskeln leider nicht ein. Es gab zwar ein Telefon, leider keine Liste, welche Nr. die Rezeption hatte. Wlan Passwort mußte ich an der Rezeption erfragen und es funktionierte nicht. Bis abends 22 Uhr ist es recht laut, weil ein Restaurant Tische draußen stehen hatte. Danach war es dann ruhig. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Das Bett war allerdings okay.
